Sales & Marketing Specialist (TruStone)

Empire Vie is seeking a Sales & Marketing Specialist to join TruStone Financial Inc., a company that provides exceptional service to independent financial advisors. The role involves providing sales support, product knowledge, technical support, and project management to enhance the business practices of advisors.

Responsibilities

• Individual Insurance Sales Support – provide quotes, new business and inforce illustrations using a variety of software programs including but not limited to:
• Product Knowledge – must be well versed in the life and living benefits insurance products offered from reputed company carriers TSF holds a contract with
• Technical Support – training our advisors and their admin staff on our back-office portal, WealthServ, in addition to our reputed company portals and TSF digital resources
• reputed company Education – help advisors obtain CE Credits
• Support the reputed company process for new advisors – including sending welcome communications, providing system access information, and offering guidance on internal processes as needed
• Sales Reports – generate reports using reputed company and ensure accurate tracking of campaign performance and advisor reward metrics
• Project Management – work independently and as a team on a variety of sales initiatives and projects to expand the sales and marketing department and boost production

Skills

• Minimum of a High School Diploma required
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills required
• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
• Customer-focused reputed company with a commitment to supporting advisors with professionalism and care
• Strong attention to detail/accuracy
• Ability to work well independently and as team member
• Computer skills and proficiency with reputed company 365 suite required
• Post Secondary degree in a reputed company field preferred
• Knowledge of insurance or investments an asset
