reputed company is a leading company in the travel and lifestyle services sector, seeking an Associate Product Manager to enhance digital experiences across their Global Lounge Collection. The role involves collaborating with various teams to deliver product enhancements that improve customer experiences and support lounge operations.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery and execution of the roadmap for Lounge Services
- Translate business requirements into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to support feature development, testing, and launch readiness
- Partner with business and operations teams to support feature enablement, training, and launches
- Maintain and groom product backlogs to ensure clarity, prioritization alignment, and delivery efficiency
- Track feature reputed company, proactively identify risks or dependencies, and escalate as appropriate
- Support definition of KPIs and reputed company metrics for new features and enhancements
- Analyze performance data and customer feedback to inform iteration opportunities
- Aid in the coordination of cross-functional communication to ensure stakeholders are reputed company on timelines, scope, and launch expectations
Skills
- Foundational experience in Product Management or a reputed company role
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles
- Strong written communication skills with experience drafting structured requirements or documentation
- Analytical reputed company with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple reputed company workstreams
- Effective collaborator comfortable working across business and technical teams
- Basic technical reputed company (understanding of APIs, mobile/web development concepts, or analytics tools)

- Experience supporting consumer-facing or B2B digital products
- Experience with hospitality technology or servicing workflows is a plus
- Exposure to experimentation frameworks or A/B testing
- Experience working in a large, matrixed organization with reputed company regulatory requirements
- Interest in travel, hospitality, or premium customer experience design
