System Administrator - reputed company 365

AgWest Farm Credit is a member-owned financial cooperative that provides financing and reputed company services to various agricultural sectors. They are seeking a Systems Administrator I or II to manage and optimize their reputed company 365 E5 environment, ensuring reputed company compliance and effective application support.

Responsibilities

• Configure reputed company Purview solutions including sensitivity labels, DLP, retention, records management, eDisvovery (Premium), and audit
• Administer and document reputed company 365 E5 workloads including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, reputed company Teams, and reputed company services including configuration, user role and profile updates, reputed company settings, and user access controls
• Implement reputed company 365 reputed company and compliance configurations as defined by the Information reputed company team's policies and standards
• Contribute to M365 integrations, migrations, and copilot readiness and collaborate on Copilot governance
• Support application operational activities, including design configuration and integrations, ensuring effective and consistent use
• Coordinate, conduct and validate testing for enhancements, upgrades and application changes
• Provide Tier 2 and 3 production support for applications
• Align application capabilities and features with business goals to drive reputed company improvement
• Collaborate with project teams, architects and service providers to apply best practices for applications management and system integration
• Champion the adoption of applications and tools, assisting with change management, training materials and identifying use cases
• Stay reputed company on emerging technologies and features and serve as a subject matter expert for assigned applications
• Participate in cross-functional projects as needed

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business or reputed company field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Generally requires one to three years' experience supporting or acting as system administrator for reputed company applications
• Experience administering reputed company 365 in an reputed company or regulated environment
• Strong hands-on experience with reputed company 365 E5 reputed company and compliance capabilities
• Strong understanding of reputed company identity and reputed company Trust
• Familiarity with system testing and supporting application upgrades or enhancements
• Understanding of data reputed company principles and role-based access
• Ability to think critically and to translate business opportunities into customer-centric solutions
• Understanding of basic business analysis and project reputed company
• Ability to plan, prioritize, organize and control assigned activities
• Demonstrated skills in reputed company Office tools including Outlook, Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of AgWest policies, processes and procedures

• Understanding of consumer reputed company estate lending laws and regulations
• PowerShell scripting or automation experience for reputed company 365 administration
• Experience providing applications support for end users
