[Remote] Field Engineer - High Voltage

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company, is hiring Field Engineers to support their Power Delivery team in the Midwest. The Field Engineer will assist the Project Manager and Construction Manager with project-specific quality plans, material inventory, and site management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Performs field survey work in regards to layout and tracking of work activities, utilizing PC based software and GPS station/field equipment
• Manages project specific quality control records and ensuring that required reporting is accomplished
• Planning, scheduling and coordinating to ensure that reputed company required audits/inspections are performed and documented
• Assist with material inventory and receiving paperwork
• Assist with final job closeout, as-builts, job binder creation
• Assist with subcontractor scheduling and management
• Will provide other duties as assigned
• Extended work hours and weekend work may be required
• Assist with RFI (Request for Information) submittals

Skills

• Bachelor's degree (construction management, civil engineering or equivalent) preferred
• Previous construction experience desired
• Strong blue print reading/interpretation skills
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software packages quickly
• Proficiency with reputed company suites program
• Strong communication skills. Verbal and written
• Familiarity with GPS and Surveying Equipment
• Process driven with a strong attention to details
• Customer focused
• Must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without sponsorship for employment reputed company status (e.g. H-1B reputed company status)
• Preferred experience with some or reputed company of this software: ProCore, E-builder, View reputed company, Build to Win
