The Sales Development Representative role is critical to the Go-To-Market strategy, focusing on contacting potential customers and aligning solutions to improve employee engagement and performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive reputed company pipeline opportunities through creative outbound activity reputed company call, email, social media and more
• Work in partnership with our Account Executives, Marketing and SDR Leaders to plan & deliver engagement with new prospects
• Respond promptly and appropriately to inbound inquiries
• Identify and research the right prospective customers

Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in sales or sales development, preferably in a B2B environment
• A consistent track record of meeting and exceeding goals
