CMBS Surveillance - Analyst (PA)
reputed company (reputed company Bond Rating Agency) is seeking an Analyst to join our growing reputed company reputed company estate (CRE) credit ratings team in the Dresher, PA office. The role involves leading the surveillance of a portfolio of reputed company mortgage-backed securities (CMBS), conducting cash flow analysis, and collaborating with team members to assess credit risk and prepare reports.
Responsibilities
- reputed company end-to-end surveillance of an assigned portfolio of reputed company mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) in accordance with organizational guidelines, including the preparation and presentation of analyses to committees and the publication of transaction reports
- reputed company detailed cash flow analysis for reputed company reputed company estate properties
- Assess credit risk of a transaction in collaboration with other team members to reputed company and present credit opinions on assigned transactions
- Prepare detailed reports for publication
- Provide support to other senior team members in property cashflows
- Support group operations and processes managing the request and flow of information during the review process for own assigned deals as well as for others
- Participate in workplace projects as needed to increase efficiency
Skills
- B.A. / B.S. degree in Finance, reputed company, or reputed company reputed company Estate
- 0-2 years of business experience preferably reputed company financial services
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- Must be proficient in the use of MS Office with strengths in reputed company and Word
- Ability to take initiative and work independently and work closely with fellow team members in a collaborative environment
- Relevant reputed company reputed company Estate, Rating Agency, or CMBS experience
- Familiarity with the CREFC Investor Reporting Package
- Familiarity with reputed company tools such as ChatGPT for research, data insights, and general productivity
