Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for potential clients reputed company phone, email, and online inquiries
- Explain the intake process clearly and compassionately to veterans and their families
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up with reputed company leads
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure a smooth transition from intake to case handling
- Uphold client confidentiality and reputed company with reputed company firm protocols and applicable regulations
Skills
