In this role, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for individuals seeking assistance with their healthcare needs, providing guidance and support with reputed company and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary reputed company of contact for 50-70 individuals each day, guiding them through their healthcare needs with reputed company, accuracy, and professionalism
• Navigate PCPs and medications to coordinate appointments and benefits, making healthcare easier and more accessible for those served

Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance operations or a reputed company field
• Proficiency in using multiple web-based platforms and tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent active listening and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple systems and tasks reputed company while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone
• Genuine passion for improving the lives of others
• Background in healthcare, insurance, social work, or behavioral health
• Familiarity with medical terminology and health benefit plans
• Proven success in a customer service environment, especially in reputed company, high-volume settings
