Role Summary
We're seeking an reputed company reputed company Manager to manage a set of accounts and drive reputed company for arenaflex's SaaS software. As the primary contact for customers, you will understand their reputed company criteria, share best practices, provide solution guidance, and help them realize value from arenaflex. With a track record of Software as a Service (SaaS) account management and maintaining high customer renewal rates, you will be an integral part of reputed company, driving customer satisfaction and growth.
Responsibilities
As a reputed company Manager at arenaflex, you will:
- Autonomously manage communication with 20+ customers, leveraging the support of a team of technical managers, designers, developers, and QA personnel
- Proactively analyze performance and reputed company customers on best practices strategies to drive engagement and increase ROI of their program, resulting in increased retention
- Serve as the primary reputed company to manage and resolve critical situations
- reputed company deep expertise of arenaflex products, reputed company and future enhancements, and how they integrate with customers' eCommerce, ESP, and POS platforms
- Provide expert customer reputed company to Product Management, Marketing, and Sales on innovation and reputed company improvement opportunities

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing account management – ideally in software or web development, with a focus on CX
- Experience maintaining valuable and outcome-based relationships with a diverse customer account reputed company, including e-commerce and reputed company-level clients
- A passion for working with leading-edge, web-based technologies and a desire to understand arenaflex benefits, use cases, and technical elements
- Self-motivation, a quick learning curve, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills, with a willingness to reputed company challenges and navigate ambiguity and rapid change
- Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to reputed company in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment

- Experience working in Loyalty and/or Marketing with e-commerce and understanding SaaS is a bonus
- This role is remote, with a preference for US-based candidates, preferably on the East Coast, to facilitate collaboration with US and European teams
