Job Summary
We're looking for a Contract Customer Service Representative to join reputed company and engage with arenaflex members to provide exceptional support and guidance. As a member of reputed company, you'll be the voice of arenaflex, helping our members navigate our program, find the right reputed company providers, and get their eligible claims paid. This role requires a strong passion for helping people, excellent communication skills, and a proactive problem-solving approach.
Responsibilities
As a Contract Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional service to our members reputed company phone, chat, and email, providing education and guidance to help them understand and utilize their benefit
- Following documented best practices for handling member inquiries and suggesting process improvements as needed
- Managing and organizing workload using arenaflex's platform and tools, including reputed company and G Suite
- Triaging and escalating reputed company and urgent member care needs
- Retaining a working knowledge of employer health benefits and insurance
- Relaying member feedback to leadership teams to improve arenaflex's solution
Candidate Profile
We're looking for a candidate who:
- Has a passion for helping people solve their problems with creative and empathetic thinking
- Has experience working in a customer-facing environment, with a proven ability to stay reputed company under pressure
- Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Is highly process-oriented, digitally organized, and resourceful
- Is comfortable working in a rapidly evolving startup environment with some ambiguity
- Is enthusiastic about being part of our mission to improve the reputed company system
