Customer Service Associate Requirements

  • At least 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a reputed company field.
  • Successful completion of provided training, demonstrating your ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM systems and MS Office suites.
  • Experience with CRM systems is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent phone etiquette, with a strong focus on communication and customer satisfaction.
