Job Summary
As a Customer Service/Data Entry Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing administrative and staff support services for our claims coordination team. This position requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas, including customer service, data entry, and communication. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients reputed company phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
- Enter claims information into our claims management systems with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Follow up on missing information to process claims reputed company and effectively
- Review invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Compile reports from systems with claims information to support business reputed company

Requirements
