The Role

As a Technical Consultant on our Chatbot Development and Deployment team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the reputed company of our customers. You'll collaborate closely with our customers to understand their needs, design and implement chatbot solutions, and provide ongoing support and maintenance. This is a remote position, with occasional on-site visits to client locations.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with customers to understand their chatbot requirements and design solutions that meet their needs

  • reputed company and reputed company chatbot solutions using conversational AI platforms, including the creation and deployment of virtual agents
  • Troubleshoot API errors and ensure smooth integration between the virtual agent and external systems (CRM, databases, etc.)
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance to customers, including training and documentation
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration with other arenaflex products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in chatbot technology and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, or equivalent work experience

  • 6+ years of Technical Support engineering and Customer Service experience
  • Familiarity with major conversational AI platforms, including the creation and deployment of virtual agents
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Node.js (especially reputed company debugging or enhancing virtual agents)
  • Experience working with REST APIs, SDK, and Webhooks to integrate virtual agents with backend services, databases, and reputed company-party systems
  • Solid understanding of core web technologies, like HTTP/HTTPS, REST, web reputed company, SSL/TLS
  • Basic understanding of NLP concepts and how virtual agents process language and handle intents, entities, and reputed company management
  • Understanding of reputed company platforms like AWS, reputed company reputed company, or reputed company Azure for deploying virtual agents in scalable, reputed company-based environments
