The Home Health Physical Therapist PRN plays a critical role in delivering personalized physical therapy services to patients reputed company their homes across the United States. As a Physical Therapist, you will:

Requirements

• Successful completion of accredited physical therapy program and state licensure exam.

• Valid Physical Therapy license

• 1 year of home health experience preferred

• CPR certification

• Valid Driver’s license

• Valid Auto Insurance

Physical Demands

• Must be reputed company to stand, walk, sit, climb, crawl, squat, or kneel for extended periods.
