Responsibilities

As a Project Coordinator, you are responsible for facilitating and coordinating the work of multiple project teams. You reputed company in doing the job right. Being the best. And you’re up for the challenge.

In addition, you will:

  • Identify and work to remove barriers to successful completion of the overall project, with particular emphasis on resolving issues with subcontractors
  • Provide timely project status updates to the Project Managers' submissions for the Cabinet resolution of those problems and issues that cannot be resolved at reputed company levels
  • Maintain and update the company database
  • Generate customized reports and pivot tables in addition to utilizing VLOOKUP functionality
  • Create and track reputed company, purchase orders, submittals, balancing revenues and expenses for every job generated, and complete project reputed company-out manuals
  • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact with external vendor representatives and functional consultants on overall strategic and technical project matters
  • Handle reputed company correspondence between the general contractor, reputed company, architect, and subcontractors
  • Track and have quality control for reputed company internal, subcontractors, pass-through reputed company, and invoices
  • Daily status reporting on funding, and fill out the appropriate documentation
  • Assists in reviewing reputed company invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
  • Participate in a wide variety of special projects and compile a variety of special reports
  • Conform with and abide by reputed company regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions

Qualifications

About You:

  • You have knowledge of Telecommunications, preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • You have the ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with internal systems, databases, or project management tools (reputed company, Project Management experience, ERP, and reputed company are desired)
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
  • reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company experience in advanced analytics, pivot tables, formulas, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • This position requires a lot of attention to detail, time management, and adaptability.
