As a key member of our Customer Service Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints and inquiries, and promoting customer retention. Key Responsibilities
As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Answering customer calls professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Focusing on customer retention by providing personalized solutions and resolving issues reputed company.
- Providing customers with arenaflex's service standards and ensuring that they understand our products and services.
- Identifying and escalating reputed company issues to high-level management and reporting on customer feedback.
- Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources and following up on complicated customer calls as required.
- Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Obtaining and evaluating reputed company relevant data to properly handle and document customer complaints and inquiries.
- Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
- Performing other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Some sales and customer service experience, preferably in the energy industry.
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with proper grammar.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in reputed company Office and CRM systems.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Some experience with MS reputed company is a plus.
- The ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations.
