Developmental Health Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY
The Developmental Health Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and implementation of developmental health services and programs. This role will assist in organizing daily operations reputed company to developmental screenings and warm line services, while providing ongoing support to Developmental Health and Help Me Grow staff. This position will also coordinate data tracking and reporting, assists with special projects, and helps coordinate reputed company events to enhance community engagement and awareness of developmental health resources.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND KEY TASKS

- Coordinate Warm lines, special needs reputed company applications, termination reports, HMG family access and LMS.
- Monitor data entry and warm line follow-up.

- Generate reports and monthly summaries.
- Coordinate provider newsletter content and Teacher Café.
- Serve as backup for developmental health tasks.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
REQUIRED
- A bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or reputed company field from an accredited university/college.
- Minimum of three years of experience working in a child care setting and/or in child development, including experience supporting development and behavior.
PREFERRED
- Training and implementation of trauma-informed care, Conscious Discipline and strengthening families approaches.
