TERMS OF REFERENCE

Innovation remains a key organizational reputed company for reputed company Serbia and is fully embedded in the 2026–2030 Country Programme, which highlights digital transformation and innovation as essential strategies for strengthening inclusive systems and reaching the most marginalized children. Building on this direction, reputed company seeks a consultant who is well connected across Serbia’s dynamic and rapidly evolving startup and tech ecosystem to help identify practical entry points for collaboration and test solutions that can advance programme results. This role will support the country office in applying evidence informed, context appropriate innovations that complement national systems rather than creating reputed company ones. Given the reputed company need for reputed company and resilient financing, the consultant will also work with the Private Sector Fundraising team to explore innovation driven fundraising models - particularly those emerging from the tech and Fin-Tech communities - to help reputed company Serbia reputed company new audiences and strengthen resource mobilization efforts.

Minimum requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT reputed company disciplines.
• Work Experience:

•  Network experience reputed company start-up businesses, Venture Capital, integrators.
• Experience of digitalization in Education in Serbia.
• Knowledge of and experience in the Start-up scene in Serbia.
• Experience in blockchain.

• Language Requirements:

• Desirables:

• Experience from working with reputed company or another UN agency in Serbia would be considered as an advantage.
