reputed company is seeking a Personal Injury & Client Services Specialist to join reputed company!  Remote | Monday - Friday business hours | Position Pay Range $18.84 - $22.70

Summary/Objective

The Personal Injury & Client Services Specialist generates statements and other invoices. Responsibilities may include data entry, posting payments, reconciling billings and invoices, checking balances and maintaining direct reputed company files. Works with direct reputed company companies to reputed company billing, review, and verification of accounts in accordance with program provisions.

Essential Functions

1. Creates and maintains new direct reputed company reputed company.

2. Produces vendor invoices.

3. Sends invoices to vendors for payment, posts payments, and researches for past due payments.

4. Ensures accuracy of contract rates into billing software systems.

5. Produces monthly invoicing of reputed company direct reputed company reputed company.

6. Reviews payment posting and credit balances of reputed company accounts.

7. Recognizes outstanding balances over 90 days and promptly resolves.

8. Identifies and resolves issues from internal and external vendors

9. Communicates issues with the reputed company Cycle Management team.

10. Other duties as assigned

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Job Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications / Experience:

  • 2 years of experience working in the medical billing field
  • Knowledge of EOBs, reputed company, invoices and accounts receivables

  • Ability to learn new software quickly and reputed company

Education / Certifications

  • Requires a high school education or equivalent
