Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying sales opportunities, and building strong relationships with our clients. Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Identify sales opportunities and build strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer acquisition
- Be knowledgeable about arenaflex products and services, and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers
- reputed company outgoing calls to confirm appointments and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Manage call data accurately, maintaining high levels of data quality and reputed company
- Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills, adapting to fast-changing guidelines and customer needs

Qualifications
* High school graduate or G.E.D.
- Minimum of one year's experience in an inbound/outbound contact center or customer service role
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, speaking on the phone, using the computer, and keyboard simultaneously
- Ability to type at least 30 words per minute or 10,000 keystrokes both alpha and numeric
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
- Highly motivated and reputed company-driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to overcome objections and reputed company customer commitment

Work Schedule
* Monday - Friday, 11:30am to 8:00pm, Hybrid after 60 days
- Or
- Saturday and Sunday, 1:00pm to 9:00pm and Monday, 2:00pm to 9:00pm with 2 other days of the week - remote after training
- Training: 2 weeks onsite during the week
- Location: East Brunswick
- Salary: $20 per hour
