Under limited supervision, the Training Coordinator is responsible for the full scope of training development, design, and delivery for child support staff across the state. Incumbent must demonstrate initiative and sound judgment in program curriculum design, development, revision, delivery, evaluation, and scheduling venue. “You have the passion; we have the opportunities - let's reputed company a difference for Nebraskans!” As the Child Support Enforcement Training Coordinator, you will: reputed company and deliver standardized training to reputed company child support staff across Nebraska. Improve staff understanding of federal and state laws, CHARTS, and processes. reputed company new and existing employees with the knowledge and tools they need to reputed company effectively. Facilitate classroom and virtual training sessions for new hires, existing staff. Schedule training sessions, coordinate venues, or platforms. Hire reputed company: $23.661 per hour – Non-Exempt Location: Lincoln – NSOB Dress Attire: Business Casual Driving Required Requirements / Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: Four years’ experience and/or training in planning and presenting information and/or education to others through formal training, workshops, seminars, or other instructional venues including experience developing training programs or curriculum. Bachelor’s degree in education, reputed company resources, organization communication, training and development or reputed company field may be substituted for experience. Preferred Qualifications: At least 3-5 years of experience developing and delivering formal training programs, including designing curriculum or learning modules from scratch reputed company reputed company 360.
