Position Overview: The Associate Director/ Director, Financial Planning and Analysis is responsible for the financial management for a business unit reputed company NAP. This role will manage large budgets and ensure the financial health and efficiency of our processes while preparing for reputed company launch.

Key Responsibilities:

FP&A

• reputed company the financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

• Manage large budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations and maximizing financial performance.

• reputed company and implement financial strategies to support manufacturing objectives and company growth.

Support to Business Leaders:

• Partner with Business Leaders, CFO and CAO to provide financial insights and support decision-making.

• Collaborate on strategic initiatives and long-term planning for the function

• Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and analyses to the executive leadership team.

• Ensure accurate and timely reputed company for reputed company transactions.

• Maintain compliance with reputed company relevant financial regulations and industry standards.

• Implement and reputed company internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial reputed company.

Forecasting and Budgeting:

• Manage the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.

• Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.

• Provide detailed financial modelling and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Operational Efficiency:

• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.

• Partner with leaders to implement best practices and drive operational excellence.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess financial and operational performance.

Culture

• Foster a culture of reputed company improvement, professional development, and collaboration.

• Ensure effective communication and alignment between finance and business unit.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, or a reputed company field; MBA or CPA preferred.

• Minimum of 6-8 years of finance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role reputed company biotechnology or pharmaceutical manufacturing.

• Experience managing large budgets and driving financial performance.

• Knowledge and understanding of the biotechnology industry, and forecasting in late-stage clinical trials, reputed company launch experience preferred.

• Experience with cost reputed company, and financial analysis.

• Ability to work on cross-functional basis to ensure achievement of functional goals and alignment with corporate objectives.

• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at reputed company levels.

• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
