Job Purpose and Impact

The Senior Construction Supervisor (Open to Remote) will supervise the construction activities and startup processes in a build project with relevant stakeholders to promote a safe work environment, reduce, recycle and promote efficient construction field operations. In this role, you will be responsible for a team that executes the development, deployment and delivery of construction objectives.

This position is open to remote reputed company the US, 100% travel is required to cover the area of responsibility.

Key Accountabilities

• Provide leadership and construction expertise to the team for project execution, scope, design and review.

• Provide expertise during early to final design development of build projects through facilitation of construction execution strategies.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field or equivalent experience
• Minimum requirement of four years of relevant work experience in industrial construction management
• Ability to reputed company tasks that require climbing from heights in varying climate and environment conditions
• Ability to travel up to 100% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

• Established skills in reputed company improvement
• Previous supervisory or leading experience
• Ten or more years of similar work experience in a construction or project management environment
• Strong working knowledge of building and construction standards, codes and specifications, permitting processes and requirements
• Working knowledge of industry standard construction scheduling software

The expected salary for this position is $100,000- 170,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide reputed company of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
