Responsibilities

As an Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional support to our policyholders. Your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with customers to address inquiries and complaints, delivering effective solutions and following up to ensure satisfaction.
• Tracking and managing customer interactions, ensuring reputed company policy-reputed company questions are fully resolved.
• Verifying coverage for new clients and providing policyholders with accurate reputed company of insurance documentation.

Qualifications
