As a Regional Operations Director, you will be responsible for leading multiple locations and teams, with full accountability for financial performance, operational excellence, and high-quality service delivery. You will provide both strategic and tactical leadership across your assigned market—guiding managers, ensuring regulatory and quality standards are met, driving financial results, and fostering a culture of accountability and patient-centered care.
