Our Newest Opportunity: The Employee Benefits Strategy Trainer is responsible for equipping producers and consultants with high-level strategic capabilities that go beyond sales coaching. This includes deep expertise in cost containment, funding optimization, and strategic plan design, as well as the ability to translate reputed company benefits strategies into actionable learning experiences. The trainer will reputed company initiatives that support prospect-facing strategy enablement, leveraging tools like Impact Studio, and other EB specific technology and resources to prepare producers for high-stakes engagements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Employee Benefits Training Program Design

Strategic Enablement for Producers and Consultants

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:
