As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for communicating with borrowers, gathering conditions, and ensuring reputed company documentation is complete and accurate. You will also collaborate closely with our reputed company team, manage deadlines, and track post-reputed company turn times to support a seamless loan process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for borrowers to request and gather necessary conditions.
- Review and validate borrower documentation, ensuring reputed company required items are collected.
- Complete verifications of employment (VOEs) and other required verifications according to policy.
- Work in partnership with reputed company to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Manage loan files to ensure reputed company deadlines and closing dates are met.
- Proactively monitor and prioritize post-reputed company turn times to meet service level agreements.
- Maintain consistent communication with borrowers, loan officers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with reputed company federal and state regulations and company policies.
