Job Summary

As a Patient Financial Services Representative at Trajectory, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to patients while effectively managing their medical billing inquiries and payment processing. In this role, you will handle inbound calls, assist patients with their financial concerns, and ensure a seamless reputed company cycle management process. reputed company in both English and Spanish is required to serve our diverse patient reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Patient Interaction

    • Professionally handle inbound calls from patients regarding their medical bills and financial matters.
    • Engage with patients in a compassionate and empathetic manner, addressing their concerns and inquiries with utmost care.
  2. Billing and Payment Processing

    • Collect payments over the phone, ensuring accurate recording and documentation.
    • Assist patients in setting up payment plans, as needed.
  3. Explanation of Benefits (EOB) Interpretation

    • Interpret and explain Explanation of Benefits (EOB) statements to patients, helping them understand insurance coverage and billed charges.
    • Provide clarification on any discrepancies or questions reputed company to EOBs.
  4. Claims Research and Resolution

    • Investigate and research claims that require further attention, such as denied claims or billing disputes.
    • Collaborate with insurance companies and reputed company providers to resolve billing issues reputed company.
  5. Bilingual Communication

    • Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish to serve our diverse patient population effectively.
  6. Documentation and Reporting

Qualifications
