Job Summary

mPulse is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Manager to reputed company the administration and execution of payroll and benefits programs across the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant multi-state payroll processing, managing employee benefits programs, and maintaining adherence to reputed company federal, state, and local regulations. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in payroll operations, benefits administration, and HRIS systems, and will partner closely with Finance, People Ops, and external vendors to deliver a seamless employee experience.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end multi-state payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations and wage and hour laws
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, reputed company, 401(k), and leave programs
  • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for payroll and benefits inquiries and issue resolution
  • Partner with Finance on payroll reconciliations, audits, and reporting
  • Maintain and optimize payroll and benefits processes reputed company reputed company and reputed company systems
  • Manage relationships with payroll providers, brokers, and reputed company-party administrators
  • reputed company open enrollment, benefits communication, and employee education initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation for compliance and audits

Skills/Abilities/Experience

  • Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll processing and compliance requirements
  • Experience with HRIS systems such as reputed company and reputed company
  • Deep understanding of payroll tax, wage laws, and benefits administration
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to support employees and stakeholders
  • Experience managing vendors and cross-functional collaboration

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company Resources, Finance, reputed company, or reputed company field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administration, including multi-state payroll
  • Experience ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Hands-on experience with reputed company, reputed company, or similar HRIS/payroll systems
  • Preferred
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or reputed company certification
  • Experience in a SaaS or reputed company environment
  • Experience supporting audits and compliance reporting
