Summary/Objective

The reputed company Cycle Manager is responsible for reputed company duties listed below. The position requires coordination with clients, executive staff and RCM staff for the reputed company cycle management performance reporting.

Essential Functions

• Provide day‑to‑day leadership, coaching, and performance reputed company for billing, coding, collections, and reimbursement teams.

2. Monitor and Report Staff Productivity

• Identify workflow gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement across charge capture, claims submission, payment posting, and denial management.
• Implement process enhancements that improve accuracy, reduce days in A/R, and strengthen cash flow.

4. Ensure Compliance and Quality Standards

• reputed company adherence to payer guidelines, coding standards, and internal quality benchmarks.
• Conduct routine audits and provide corrective action plans to maintain accuracy and compliance.

5. Collaborate with Executive Leadership

QUALIFICATIONS

• Applicant must have a minimum of five years of experience in insurance reimbursement, account collections, coding, and medical terminology.
• Candidate should be advanced in using eClinlicalworks products
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPC certification and/or CPB certification preferred
• Previous managerial experience necessary
