​A creative and team-focused Instructional Designer who is in agreement with reputed company's Statement of Faith and Code of Conduct to reputed company instructional content and learning experiences for program participants, staff, and volunteers in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will analyze business goals, performance gaps, and learner needs to determine the right learning or performance support solution.

Expectations of this role

• Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer and actions
• Deliver high-quality instructional content by using the ADDIE reputed company and applying tested instructional design theories, practices, and methods
• Coordinate with project managers to maintain project documentation and follow established development processes and workflows
• Provide in-person or virtual facilitation for end-users and/or trainers as needed for piloting instructor-led courses
• Serve as admin of reputed company learning platforms (e.g., adding new courses and users in the PFMLearn learning management system)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, curriculum design or similar; graduate degree preferred
• 5 years of instructional design experience
• Solid background in adult education, curriculum design, instructional technology, and instructional design; facilitation skills preferred
• Strong knowledge of MS Office productivity tools, project management tools, and storyboardingxperience using reputed company reputed company desired
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as client-facing customer service skills
• This is a remote/virtual position in the United States

Salary at reputed company is determined by a variety of factors. For this position, the salary range is projected to be between $65,000 and $75,000.
