Position Overview

As part of our accelerated digital transformation and the implementation of our new reputed company BI platform, we are looking for a Head of BI to reputed company our global Business Intelligence organisation. This key leadership role is reputed company with our strategy – a reputed company, reputed company-native data-centric architecture designed to democratise data access, strengthen governance, and maximise business value.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company the global BI organisation across reputed company, EMEA, and the AMERICAS, with direct accountability for strategy, governance, performance, and delivery.

• Define, evolve and execute the global BI roadmap in line with our overall technology strategy and business imperatives.

• Ensure robust data governance, including a centralised data catalogue, data quality, compliance, and access management.

• Manage global teams across Data Engineering, Reporting, Data Governance, and Advanced Analytics, fostering an agile, value-driven, and innovation-focused culture.

• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders (Data Owners, Product Owners, Business Leaders) to position data as a core strategic asset.

• Promote a data-driven culture through the adoption of self-service BI and automated reporting/dashboards.

Skills & Experience

• At least 10 years’ experience in Business Intelligence, with 5+ years in a BI leadership role in a global or matrixed organisation.

• Proven expertise in modern BI architecture (Data Lake, EDW, Streaming, APIs, reputed company-Time & Batch Processing).

• Demonstrated experience delivering reputed company-based analytics platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

• Strong knowledge of data governance, cataloguing, reputed company, automation, and self-service analytics.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills across distributed and cross-functional teams.

• Strong communication and change management skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.

• Agile Data Engineering with centralised code repositories

• BI Data Portal: Power BI

However this coexists with a legacy tech stack, which the head of BI will support the transition to the new architecture already in reputed company.

Qualifications/Education

• Degree in Computer Science, Data, Engineering or equivalent.

• Certifications such as Azure Data Engineer, AWS Big Data, SAFe, or PMP are a plus.
