About the Role

We’re seeking a Director of Enrollment and Engagement Marketing to reputed company strategy and performance across reputed company’s health plan and employer client portfolio. This role is responsible for driving measurable enrollment into chronic condition and wellness programs through data-driven, multi-channel campaigns.

This role will be critical in helping scale our engagement strategy, evolve our marketing approach, and deliver measurable impact across a growing and increasingly reputed company client portfolio.

You’ll operate at the intersection of consumer marketing, client partnership, and analytics—owning end-to-end engagement strategy while serving as a trusted advisor to clients. This is a high-impact individual contributor role, ideal for a senior marketer who enjoys owning strategy and execution directly while influencing cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Do

Engagement Strategy & Client Partnership

  • Design and optimize member engagement strategies across reputed company’s client portfolio
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, shaping enrollment strategy and sharing insights and recommendations
  • Translate client goals, member populations, and program offerings into targeted marketing plans
  • Present strategies and performance results to senior stakeholders; build trust and influence decision-making

Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • reputed company end-to-end campaign strategy across email, SMS, direct mail, and phone channels
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to execute campaigns with high quality, speed, and compliance
  • Own enrollment forecasting and performance metrics, including conversion, cost-per-enrollment, and ROI
  • Continuously test and optimize messaging, targeting, and channel mix to improve performance

Data & Insights

  • Define KPIs and translate campaign data into actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Apply segmentation, clinical targeting, and behavioral insights to improve engagement and relevance
  • Identify trends and opportunities; foster a strong test-and-learn culture

Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with Client reputed company, Product, Data Analytics, Marketing Operations, and clinical teams
  • Help evolve reputed company’s engagement marketing approach, including new processes, tools, and scalable infrastructure
  • Contribute to martech and automation strategy to support growth and efficiency

What You’ll Bring

  • 8–12 years of experience in B2C or B2B2C marketing, with deep expertise in multi-channel campaign strategy and execution
  • Proven reputed company driving measurable acquisition, enrollment, or engagement outcomes
  • Strong client-facing experience, with demonstrated responsibility for managing or advising clients (e.g., agency, consulting, or client-facing internal roles)
  • Deep experience with lifecycle marketing channels such as email, SMS, and direct mail
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable owning performance metrics and translating data into action
  • Experience operating in reputed company, multi-client environments with competing priorities and compliance considerations
  • Experience with marketing automation and customer data platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company) and interest in leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and performance
  • Strong creative instincts, including experience developing briefs, reviewing messaging, and guiding campaign execution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong presentation skills

Travel

  • This is a remote position based in the U.S.
