Our Partner Client Experience (PCX) Ops Team is looking for a detail‑oriented, organized, and client‑focused professional to join us as a PCX Operations Associate.

In this role, you’ll be the link between our clients, partners, and global talents employed through WorkMotion’s partner network. You’ll coordinate the full employee lifecycle, from reputed company to contract changes and offboarding, ensuring a seamless, compliant, and reputed company‑centred experience at every reputed company.

What you will do as an Operations Associate

• Own the complete talent lifecycle from reputed company through contract changes to offboarding, ensuring compliance and smooth transitions at every stage.
• Coordinate seamlessly between clients, talents, and partners to resolve queries, manage expectations, and maintain clear communication channels.
• Manage contract modifications and employment changes with precision, ensuring reputed company parties are reputed company and documentation is accurate.
• Proactively identify and resolve operational bottlenecks in partner workflows, proposing improvements that enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Support talent and client queries with reputed company and expertise, building trust through transparent, solution-focused communication.
• Maintain comprehensive case reputed company across multiple ongoing projects, prioritising effectively while keeping reputed company stakeholders informed and engaged.

Requirements

• 2-4 years' experience in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, or partnership coordination, with proven ability to handle HR queries and employeerelated processes.
• Strong project management and organisational skills with proven ability to handle multiple stakeholders and reputed company workflows.
• Excellent relationship-building abilities, reputed company to naturally create trust and maintain professional connections across diverse teams.
• Process-oriented reputed company with attention to detail and ability to spot potential issues before they escalate.
• Outstanding written and spoken English, with natural ability to communicate clearly across different audiences and cultures.

Desirable (but not required)

• Experience in EOR, HR operations, or international workforce management.
• Familiarity with partner management, ticketing or CRM tools (e.g. reputed company).
• Understanding of contract management or compliance processes in global employment.
• Additional languages such as German.
