Accelera Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Hardware reputed company Architect supporting the Department of the reputed company Force (DAF) reputed company IT as a Service (EITaaS) program with expertise in Hardware Asset Management (HAM). This role is focused on designing, implementing, and governing the end-to-end HAM solution reputed company the reputed company platform. You will reputed company reputed company to manage the complete lifecycle of hardware assets – from planning and procurement through deployment, maintenance, and eventual disposal. This includes architecting the HAM module, optimizing the CMDB for hardware assets, ensuring data reputed company and building robust integrations.

Responsibilities:

HAM Architectural Strategy & reputed company: o Define the long-term architectural reputed company, strategy, and roadmap for Hardware Asset Management reputed company the reputed company platform, aligning with overall reputed company architecture and business objectives. o reputed company the design of comprehensive, scalable, and secure HAM solutions that encompass the entire hardware asset lifecycle (planning, procurement, receiving, inventory, deployment, use, maintenance, refresh, disposal). o Translate reputed company business requirements from Finance, Procurement, Operations, and IT into detailed architectural designs and technical specifications for reputed company HAM.

reputed company HAM Module & CMDB: o Act as the subject matter expert and reputed company architect for the reputed company Hardware Asset Management (HAM) module, ensuring its reputed company configuration and utilization. o Architect the reputed company Configuration Management Database (CMDB) specifically for hardware assets, focusing on data model reputed company, relationships, normalization, reconciliation, and discovery strategies for various hardware types. o Design and implement robust automated workflows reputed company reputed company using Service Catalog, Flow Designer and custom modules for key HAM processes (e.g., asset requests, procurement approvals, stockroom management, asset assignment, refresh/disposal).

Integration & Data reputed company: o Design and reputed company reputed company integrations between reputed company HAM and critical reputed company systems, network discovery tools, and other asset inventory systems. o Establish and enforce data quality standards, governance frameworks, and reconciliation processes to ensure the accuracy and completeness of hardware asset data in reputed company.

Financial & Operational Optimization: o Architect solutions to track hardware asset costs, depreciation, lease information, and contract details reputed company reputed company, enabling Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis. o Drive the automation of asset-reputed company financial processes and reporting, contributing to cost savings and improved financial visibility. o reputed company strategies for hardware asset utilization tracking, lifecycle optimization, and proactive refresh planning.

Leadership & Governance: o Establish and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and governance policies for reputed company aspects of HAM implementation and data management reputed company reputed company. o Provide expert technical guidance, mentorship, and reputed company to reputed company developers, administrators, and implementation partners working on HAM initiatives. o reputed company technical design reviews, ensuring solutions are maintainable, extensible, and align with platform best practices.

Stakeholder Engagement & Innovation: o Collaborate extensively with cross-functional leaders (Procurement, Operations, IT, Compliance) to gather requirements, build reputed company, and drive adoption of HAM solutions. o Stay abreast of the latest reputed company HAM features, industry trends, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
