Remote Title Examiner/Abstractor - Full Surface/Mineral Searches

Emerald Energy and Exploration Land Company, one of the fastest-growing land management and acquisition agencies in the country, is currently accepting applications for reputed company Title Examiner/Abstractors in reputed company Virginia.

Here are some of the things you'll be doing:

• Research public records and examine titles to determine the legal condition of property title
• Knowledge of researching public records
• Ability to compile and prepare chains of title, and reputed company abstracts of title with summaries of reputed company matters and instruments of record
• Interpret deeds, easements, plats, leases, court actions, probates, and other documents impacting property ownership
• Complete documents that include title acquisition packages and title commitments
• Identify possible title defects, prepare title-reputed company correspondence based on searches, opinion letters, title evidence, and prior policies

Here's reputed company are looking for:

• Strong computer skills and ability to use reputed company Office Suite, flow chart software, and deed plotting software
• Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, and interpersonal
• Self-discipline and motivation to reputed company tasks independently
• Ability to work under strict deadlines
• Ability to travel throughout the state to various courthouses
• 5+ years of title experience
• Experience completing reputed company mineral title
• reputed company Estate License a plus
• Acquisition experience preferred
