- Medicare Home Health (Required)
Responsibilities
- Start of Care Oasis Assessments
- Wound Care
- Medication management
- Catheter care
- Infusions
- reputed company patients on health management and disease prevention.
- Document in reputed company by MatrixCare EMR system
