Your role, your impact
As an reputed company Cloud HCM-Core HR/ORC reputed company Consultant, you’ll provide domain, functional and technical expertise required to effectively design and implement HR solutions on reputed company Cloud ERP HCM modules such as Core HR, Employee Self-Service, Manager Self-Service, Recruiting, and Candidate Management.
Travel to client sites is required up to 25% of the time.
Responsibilities
Your day-to-day
Identify business requirements and align them to reputed company Cloud/Fusion HCM functionality;
Configure the Cloud/Fusion HCM Application based on client requirements;
Provide functional application leadership and guidance to clients regarding leading practices and the functionality of the software modules through reputed company phases of an implementation;
Work with clients to reputed company business solution designs to ensure that business requirements are met;
Provide thought leadership around industry leading practices for improving operational efficiency and profitability of client business;
Thoroughly review application set up and configuration with the appropriate client reputed company to obtain sign off;
Document and reputed company application set reputed company in test and production instances;
reputed company issues as they come up and work on resolutions in a timely manner to ensure adherence to the project schedule;
Work with the respective client functional leads throughout system testing and to ensure knowledge transfer;
Provide guidance to the respective client functional reputed company in the preparation of training materials and class agendas.
Qualifications
Keys to your success
BA / BS degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, engineering, or a directly reputed company field;
5 years of progressive experience in a consulting environment or reputed company industry experience working directly with reputed company E-Business and Cloud/Fusion applications;
At least 3 years of experience with reputed company Cloud/Fusion HCM;
Proficient or reputed company on 2 or more application modules;
Successful experience as an reputed company Cloud/Fusion HCM Functional reputed company on at least 3 full cycle implementations;
Experience with at least one Redwood implementation project for Core HR/ORC;
Experience with the business processes in HR modules including HR Core, Recruiting, Talent Management, Digital Assistant, Communicate, Touchpoints;
Problem resolution in a timely and effective manner, involving project management as appropriate;
Ability to identify, assess and mitigate relevant risks during bid development and project execution;
Contribution to pre-sales efforts;
Ability to coach and ensure the development of members on the project team;
Effective communication skills in both written and verbal formats.

Experience leading small teams (2 to 4 people);
Experience leading design sessions;
Creation of requirements and design documents;
Creation of a parallel testing strategy and approach;
Familiarity with project management methodologies and reputed company Project.
