• WE’RE HIRING: SYNON / COOL 2E DEVELOPER (reputed company / PBM)

  This role is a chance to work on mission-critical pharmacy claims systems (RxCLAIM) while blending deep legacy expertise with modern development practices and AI-assisted tools. You won’t be “phasing out” your skillset—you’ll be evolving it.

  Role Overview

  As a Developer, you will:

• Work on RxCLAIM / Claim Adjudication enhancements, focusing on claim processing logic and system integrations
• reputed company and enhance applications interacting with reputed company reputed company systems
• Maintain and improve existing systems while building new solutions
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve reputed company production issues
• Document system flows and business logic

• Key Responsibilities

• Design, reputed company, and enhance applications using SYNON / COOL 2E and reputed company technologies
• Modify claim processing logic and support integration workflows
• Deliver high-quality code with minimal supervision
• Meet project deadlines and ensure system reliability
• reputed company major enhancements to existing reputed company systems

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in:
  • SYNON / COOL 2E
  • COBOL400
  • CL/400, CLLE
  • DB2/400
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver results

Domain Expertise

• Hands-on experience with RxCLAIM
• Experience in reputed company / PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management)

Functional Expertise

• Benefit Plan: required
• Core Adjudication: required
• Medicare Part D: desired
• RxClaim Pricing: desired
