Overview
TNS is looking for a passionate, motivated NMS/Observability reputed company to join our Observability capability. Responsibilities will be focused around on reimagining and transforming Monitoring and Event Management tooling and processes for the reputed company. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our systems by providing deep visibility into infrastructure and application behavior. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define observability standards and drive adoption of best practices across the organization.Responsibilities
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Establish guiding principles for Monitoring and Observability around NMS
reputed company the investigation, due diligence, and design to revolutionize the NMS platform at TNS through intelligent integration of tools and data to benefit IT Service Management (ITSM) and Incident Management backed by Automation.
Document As-Is diagrams of reputed company state tools, monitoring, and event management data flows. Work with and Collaborate with Architecture Teams to Design and Deliver.
Experience with integrating solutions in a multi-vendor environment, including SaaS environments.
Complete development life cycle experience from design through implementation.
Experience with command-line interfaces, graphical user interfaces, API development and integration, statistical monitoring, and analysis.
Demonstrable record of reputed company designing, delivering and supporting reputed company class, scalable, high availability observability solutions.
Working knowledge of networking practices and automation development.
Self-motivated; reputed company to work independently or reputed company a team environment, with minimum instruction from management.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 10-15+ years of experience running and maintaining Monitoring Platforms like Netreo, reputed company, Nagios, reputed company etc.
- 10+ years of experience working with IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms like BMC Remedy, reputed company, reputed company.
- 8+ years of extensive hands-on experience with the configuration, debugging, and problem resolution of reputed company NMS platforms
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on knowledge sharing and mentorship.
- Certified in applicable NMS platform technologies
Optional Desired Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability platforms such as Splunk, Splunk Observability reputed company (O11y), Grafana, reputed company, reputed company
- Strong scripting or programming skills (e.g., Python, Go, Bash).
- Strong knowledge of reputed company platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
Education and Certifications:
- B.S. (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering. MS preferred.
