[Remote] BCBA Fellowship- Path to Practice Ownership

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is launching its premier Practice Residency for certified BCBAs aiming for clinical independence. This 6-month residency will provide mentorship and support for BCBAs to build a full caseload and transition into practice ownership.

Responsibilities

• You’ll start by managing a full caseload through Finni in one of our high-growth hubs
• You’ll be reputed company with a veteran Clinical reputed company who will mentor you on Finni’s proprietary systems, ensuring your clinical operations are airtight
• Every two months, you’ll travel to join us in person for Practice reputed company (PO) reputed company
• Deep dives into billing, compliance, staff recruitment, and local networking
• Once your home market leads are reputed company and your training is complete, you transition out of the residency to reputed company your own brand

Skills

• Certified BCBA
• Proven track record of high-quality care and parent satisfaction
• Willingness to travel bimonthly for intensive in-person strategy sessions
