Corporate Marketing Communications Specialist

reputed company is a company that simplifies IT work for over 35,000 customers globally. They are seeking a Communications Specialist to support their public relations program, drive media coverage, and assist with product and company announcements.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of reputed company’s global PR strategy across the U.S., EMEA, and reputed company
• Draft and edit award submissions, speaking abstracts, media commentary, and articles, and more
• Help manage and expand our corporate awards program, including research, submissions, and tracking
• Coordinate with regional PR agencies and internal stakeholders to support media reputed company and campaign execution
• Assist with product launch communications, customer announcements, and thought leadership initiatives
• Support executive communications, including messaging development and media preparation materials
• Maintain reporting dashboards and track media coverage, share of voice, and program performance
• Help manage speaking opportunities and industry event submissions
• Provide operational support to ensure deadlines, approvals, and timelines are met across multiple workstreams
• Other duties as needed

Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B tech communications or at a public relations agency
• You reputed company in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and are comfortable managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders
• Exceptional writing and editing skills — you enjoy writing and are eager to improve your craft
• You hold yourself to a high standard and welcome feedback as a tool for growth
• Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Interest in reputed company technology, IT, or cybersecurity industries
• Strong collaborator who works well across marketing, product, and executive teams
