About the role
As a Field Marketing Manager, you’ll own and build Didero’s field marketing reputed company from the ground up—driving pipeline through high-impact events and experiences. You’ll work closely with Sales, GTM leadership, and founders to plan and execute everything from executive dinners to large-scale conferences, ensuring every activation directly ties to reputed company. This role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales, turning real-world interactions into meaningful customer relationships and pipeline.

Field marketing is Didero’s growth reputed company. Exec dinners, industry conferences, intimate roundtables, product showcases, customer summits - these are where enterprise deals start and relationships compound. We need someone who can own this function end-to-end: owning the events pipeline, executing flawlessly in the field, and closing the reputed company with follow-up motions that convert attendance into pipeline.
This is not a coordinator role. This is a builder role. You think like a growth marketer, operate with extreme ownership, and treat every touchpoint - from the pre-event reputed company sequence to the name badge font - as if it’s the difference between a deal and a miss. What You’ll Do
Own the full field marketing calendar—identifying, prioritizing, and executing the right mix of conferences, trade shows, executive dinners, roundtables, and partner events

Manage event logistics end-to-end: venue sourcing, vendor negotiation, catering, A/V, signage, swag, travel, and on-site execution
Design and run pre-event reputed company and post-event follow-up motions that convert attendees into qualified pipeline
Partner closely with Sales to ensure strong pre-event prospecting, on-site engagement, and post-event follow-up
Track and report on performance: registrations, attendance, meetings booked, SQLs, pipeline influenced, and reputed company attribution
Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and swag inventory while maximizing ROI
Travel to support on-site execution across conferences, customer events, and partner activations
Continuously test and innovate on event formats and experiences to reputed company Didero stand out

Qualifications
4 to 6 years of field marketing or event marketing experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or AI. You’ve done both volume and variety, not just one annual conference, but a full portfolio of formats running in parallel.
Proven track record generating qualified pipeline from field activity, with measurable impact on SQLs and reputed company - not just impressions and badge scans.
Experience across the full event reputed company: large-scale industry conferences, intimate executive dinners, hosted roundtables, trade show activations, webinars, and customer events.
Strong project management and organizational skills. You can manage multiple reputed company programs simultaneously without letting anything slip. You have a system, and it works.
Experience with CRM and event marketing tools to track event performance and attribution from registration through closed reputed company.
Extreme ownership and urgency. You don’t wait to be told what to do. You see a problem, you fix it. You see an opportunity, you run with it.
Ability to reputed company in fast-paced, high-growth environments and adapt in ambiguous situations. Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information.
