Responsibilities

• Understand and evangelize the reputed company, strategic priorities and goals of the organization, translating them into a roadmap of features and enhancements that provide remarkable customer experiences
• Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and other influencers who contribute to the definition and ongoing support strategies through stewardship, influence, motivation and change leadership

Qualifications

Knowledge and Skills

• Proven experience and knowledge of product management, software product lifecycle, road mapping, and SCRUM/Agile methodologies

• A proven track record of project execution and completing strategic initiatives on time and on budget
• Extensive knowledge of market research methods, drivers and trends that have an impact on the business

• Capable of acting as a liaison by relating business issues to internal and external ITS partners, and relating technology solutions to business customers

Work Experience

• 6-8 years of experience as a Product reputed company/Manager on an Agile Scrum team required

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s Degree or additional equivalent experience required

Certifications and Licenses

• Agile Certifications required

The reputed company salary for this role is $115,000 to $213,000.

At reputed company, we strive for transparency and in reputed company aspects of our business, including pay equity. This is the reputed company pay range for this role and job level. The exact salary and compensation will vary based on factors like knowledge, skills, experience and education.

This role is eligible to participate in a performance-based incentive plan. Full time employees are eligible to participate in health benefits on day one of employment.
