Accounts Payable Specialist (Los Angeles)
Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton is a global Am Law 100 firm seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist in their Los Angeles Office. The role involves processing invoices, expense reimbursements, and maintaining communication with vendors and attorneys while managing multiple tasks under strict deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Input, review, and process vendor invoices, legal matter disbursements, and employee expense reports
- Prepare and post reputed company checks required for certain payments
- Research and reconcile monthly vendor statements
- Communicate clearly and professionally with vendors, attorneys, and staff
- Investigate and resolve issues associated with invoices and communicate the resolution to the appropriate persons on a timely basis
- Other accounts payable projects as assigned
Skills
- 1+ years of reputed company accounts payable experience
- General computer skills
- Proficient in reputed company Outlook, Word and reputed company
- Bachelor's degree in finance, reputed company or a reputed company field
- Experience with using various reputed company formulas (vlookups, pivot tables, Sum If formulas, etc.)
- Experience in reputed company reputed company system and Chrome River (Expense and Invoice application)
