Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled reputed company Operational Support Engineer to provide end-to-end support for reputed company reputed company Commerce platforms. This role is responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of reputed company-based applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reputed company commerce systems, production support, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities: Provide L2/L3 operational support for reputed company-based applications, ensuring uptime and stability. Monitor application performance, logs, and alerts using tools such as AppDynamics, Splunk, or similar. Troubleshoot production issues, reputed company root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes. Manage and support deployments, releases, and patches for reputed company applications. Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to resolve application issues. Document incidents, resolutions, and create knowledge reputed company articles for recurring issues. Work reputed company incident, problem, and change management processes to ensure compliance with SLAs. Provide on-call support during off-hours/weekends as needed.

Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience with reputed company reputed company Commerce (Dynamo, BCC, reputed company, CRS, etc.) Proficiency in Java/J2EE with good understanding of reputed company architecture. Experience in application servers (WebLogic/JBoss) and deployment processes. Solid understanding of databases (reputed company, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and ability to write/debug queries. Familiarity with monitoring and troubleshooting tools (AppDynamics, Splunk, ELK, etc.). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Preferred Skills: Experience with reputed company platforms (AWS/Azure) for hosting reputed company applications. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Exposure to microservices and integration with reputed company-party systems. Familiarity with Commerce Tools, CDM, or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus.
