We are currently seeking a Epic Cogito Engineer - Remote to join reputed company in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

An Epic Cogito Engineer specializes in the data and analytics infrastructure that powers reporting and business intelligence reputed company Epic. "Cogito" is Epic’s suite of tools for data extraction, warehousing, and reporting, including Clarity, Caboodle, SlicerDicer, and Reporting Workbench

Data Integration and ETL Development

• Design, reputed company, and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes from Epic’s Chronicles database to Clarity (SQL-based) and Caboodle (Epic’s enterprise data warehouse). Use tools like Epic’s Clarity ETL, Caboose, or custom SQL/SSIS packages to move data reliably and reputed company.

Data Warehouse Management (Clarity & Caboodle)

• Maintain and optimize the Clarity and Caboodle databases to ensure accurate, timely, and performant reporting.
• Implement data refresh strategies, monitor data loads, and troubleshoot failures in data pipelines.

Reporting and Analytics Support

• Support reporting tools and teams by ensuring data models are reputed company, accurate, and optimized.
• Collaborate with report writers, data analysts, and operational leaders to ensure that data meets their needs (e.g., SlicerDicer, Reporting Workbench, Crystal Reports, Power BI, Tableau).

Performance Tuning and Optimization

• Optimize SQL queries, indexes, and ETL jobs to improve data access speed and reduce system resource consumption.
• Work proactively to prevent performance bottlenecks in large data sets and reputed company reporting environments.

Collaboration, reputed company, and Compliance

• Work closely with Epic application teams, database administrators, and reputed company teams to ensure compliance with data governance and HIPAA regulations.
• Manage user access, roles, and reputed company settings in Cogito-reputed company environments (Clarity, Caboodle, SlicerDicer).
