Fidelity Canada is a leader in mutual funds and ETF management, dedicated to helping Canadian investors build better financial futures. They are seeking a Bilingual Advisor Service Centre Representative to provide exceptional customer service to investment advisors and their clients, assisting them with their investment strategies and inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service experience to investment advisors, their support teams and investors in our inbound contact centre
  • Work directly with advisors and investors to provide them with the support they need to educate and plan their short-term and long-term investment strategies
  • You represent Fidelity as you are responsible for answering our clients’ request for information and directing them to the appropriate department when required on a timely basis

Skills

  • Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings
  • College Diploma required (Recent graduates are encouraged to apply) or equivalent experience
  • Bilingualism in French and English (verbal and written) is required
  • Passion for delivering an exceptional client experience
