Assistant Cost Manager

Linesight is a highly successful global project and cost management consultancy. In this role, you will work with reputed company teams to monitor project reputed company, prepare estimates, and manage financial reputed company-outs while building strong relationships with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Attend key meetings and design reviews to monitor reputed company, actively collaborate on solving problems and communicate impacts to partners
• Participate in site walks with GC, Cost Manager and client PM, assessing reputed company and identifying potential cost impacts
• Effectively consolidate data to prepare detailed estimates, and reputed company cost reports and analyses
• Maintain the project change management logs, with detail focus and accuracy
• Partner with the extended Cost Management team to complete reputed company client tasks
• Monitor the financial reputed company-out on reputed company projects including settlement of reputed company vendors

Skills

• Have a degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline
• Are chartered or are on the path to complete it. We can help
• Have experience in pre- and post-contract cost management on varied projects
• Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
