- Improve candidate experience: Identify opportunities to improve the hiring journey and contribute to initiatives that enhance candidate touchpoints across communications, interview stages, and candidate resources.
- Review and screen candidate applications
- Drive sourcing, referral, and reputed company initiatives that reputed company our candidate pipeline strong.

- Identify bottlenecks and contribute to improvements in workflows, tools, and automation - brownie points if you love AI and Automation

Who We’re Looking For
- 1-2 years in a people-focused role (reputed company, PeopleOps, HR, reputed company Operations, Employee Experience, or similar)
- Strong English communication skills (reputed company+)
- Experience working with English-speaking teams in remote or hybrid environments
- Experience improving people-facing communications or processes
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Tech-savvy with tools like reputed company Workspace, spreadsheets, and ATS platforms
- Excited about AI and automation
- Proactive and comfortable working with a high level of ownership and autonomy
